Frequently Asked Questions?
In order to offer premium one on one care we are unable to take insurance. However, we can provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance directly to receive reimbursement for a portion of the cost. Superbills are provided upon request and take 3-5 business days to complete.
In your first session, we conduct a thorough assessment to understand your health history, current condition, and goals. Based on this evaluation, we develop a personalized treatment plan. You’ll also receive an introduction to the exercises or techniques we’ll use in your therapy.
The timeline for seeing results varies depending on the condition and individual. Generally, patients notice improvements within a few sessions, but lasting results require ongoing commitment and adherence to the therapy plan.
In most cases, you can continue your workout routine with modifications to avoid aggravating your condition. We’ll provide guidance on safe exercises and adjustments to support your recovery.
If you experience persistent pain, reduced mobility, difficulty performing daily activities, or recurrent injuries, physical therapy could be beneficial. We can help identify the underlying issues and provide a tailored treatment plan to address your needs
Mobile physical therapy brings professional therapeutic services directly to you, whether at home, your gym, or another convenient location. This approach maximizes convenience and ensures that each session is tailored to your environment and lifestyle, offering the same quality of care you’d receive in a traditional clinic without the need to travel.
To get started you will have either an Initial Evaluation or Screening Appointment. Followed by treatment or dry needling sessions to address your specific goals.
An initial evaluation is a 1 hour appointment where we take baseline measurements, discuss your current deficits, and provide initial interventions to get you started. A screening is a 30 minute appointment where we take initial measurements and set treatment goals. Both of these appointment types allow you to schedule a treatment or dry needling appointment.
A treatment appointment is 45 minutes long and includes manual, exercise, and educational interventions based on your specific needs.
A dry needling only appointment is 20 minutes long and includes individualized treatment for trigger point relaxation, pain reduction, and heat post treatment.
